The Zalman VF900 is an outstanding performing VGA cooler. This cooler is made with 100% copper and has two copper heat pipes for added cooling ability. The finely lapped mirror finish on the base plate is attached to these two heat pipes which carried heat generated from the GPU around the cooler where many heat sink fins dissipate the heat. In addition, a Zalman 80mm slim fan cools the heat sink fins while blowing down and through the cooler. This also helps to cool the other components on the video card such as memory and voltage regulators. The VF900 also comes with passive memory heat sinks (RHS1) and a fan controller (Fanmate2). |
