By using this site, or ordering products using this site, the customer acknowledges having read the policies stated by Sharka Computers. Please review the terms and conditions disclosed below.

Pricing: Sharka Computers pricing is subject to change without notice. The final price paid by the customer is set at the time order is made. Sharka Computers cannot offer price protection on any items. All items are listed in US currency.

Payment: Sharka Computers accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover for online purchases. PayPal may also be used for payment whereas upon placing an order and choosing Paypal the customer is responsible for making the follow up Paypal payment to sales@sharkacorp.com All required fields must be completed on the order form. The listed billing address must match the one on file with the bank which issued your credit card. Sharka Computers will not ship any orders unless this information is verified. Customers may also provide an additional delivery address if different from the billing address. Residents of the State of California will be charged an additional 7.75% sales tax. Sharka Computers does not ship C.O.D.

Warranty: Sharka Computers ships all products with a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty is effective from the delivery confirmation date until the 30th business day following and applies to the name listed on the order form only. Items that have been modified will not be honored by the warranty. After the warranty period has expired the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacement. Sharka Computers does not guarantee the manufacturer's claims regarding the compatibility of their items with the existing components of the customer’s computer.

All returns are evaluated on an individual basis. Sharka Computers reserves the right to repair or replace any defective items as seen appropriate.

Returns & Refunds: Customers not 100% satisfied with products purchased from Sharka Computers may return them and receive credit back to the credit card used in the online purchase, provided it is within the 30 day warranty period. The amount of the refund is reflective of the price of the merchandise at the time of purchase excluding shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of 20% can also be applied to all non-defective returned items at Sharka Computers' discretion. Sharka Computers will not refund or exchange any returned items that have been altered, damaged or modified from their original state.

Sharka Computers will exchange any defective product for the same item without any restocking fee. The customer may not return a defective item for another type without consent. All returns will be tested and evaluated before a replacement is sent back to the customer.

Before returning any items purchased online, please contact Sharka Computers to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA will be valid for 1 business week from the issuance date. The order number used to place the online purchase may also be used as an RMA number. This RMA must be properly displayed on the shipping label of the box containing the returned merchandise. All returned items must be complete and in tact, including original packaging, installation parts, and manual. The returned package will not be accepted and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense if the package is missing the RMA or the enclosed box is missing the parts originally sent by Sharka Computers.

All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid by the customer using an insured trackable service, (Fed-Ex & UPS are recommended). The customer must also include the original sales receipt or the print out of the RMA email which was sent by Sharka Computers.

Any replaced or returned merchandise under warranty will be shipped back to the customer at no cost to the customer.

Any water cooling product purchased from Sharka Computers may not be returned for a refund if opened from its packaging. If the wrong item is purchased then a replacement or store credit can be issued. Absolutely no water cooling item that has been used, tampered with, or tested can be returned for a refund. Sharka Computers will make every attempt to ensure that the customer is well informed of and satisfied with the water cooling items purchased.

Liability: All products sold on this website are to be used at the risk of the customer. Cooling products sold on this website are designed for use with the computer parts described on the corresponding product description pages. Sharka Computers is not liable for third party claims against the customer for damages to any computers or computer equipment. Sharka Computers is also not responsible for damages and/ or loss of records or data to the customer’s computer by faulty installation or misuse of its products.

Shipping: While many shipping methods are available, the preferred method is UPS. Sharka Computers may use alternate shipping companies at its discretion and pending availability or another option. Sharka Computers observes business holidays concurrent with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. All orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed and/ or shipped on the following business day, exemptions may apply for pre-ordered, back-ordered or out of stock items. Customers will be notified by phone or email in the event an item ordered from Sharka Computers is not available for delivery within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed with a Priority Mail shipping option will ship within 1-2 days of the date of purchase. USPS picks up packages at the beginning of the business day following an order, as such, orders shipping out by USPS are typically not shipped out the same day of purchase.

International orders placed online with Sharka Computers will be shipped by the most convenient method available. Most non U.S. destinations are shipped via United States Postal Service. Global Express Mail is the preferred shipping method to most countries. Canada orders may choose UPS Standard as well. Orders placed with shipping methods other than a specified international shipping method will be placed on hold until proper funds have been paid for the correct shipping method. Sharka Computers is only responsible for a package when it is within the continental U.S. Once packages leave the U.S. boundaries it is the customer's responsibility to take care of the delivery or their orders and any applicable customs, bond, duty or entry fees. Please check with your own government policies as to when a fee may apply.

U.S. APO, FPO, and military mail boxes must use USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers and/or delivery confirmation numbers may not be provided.

Privacy: Sharka Computers does not share any of its customer information. The company respects the privacy of the each customer and aims to provide excellent service as well as top quality products. Credit card and customer information used to make purchases from this website are protected by Secure Source and Yahoo Store and are not distributed nor used for any purpose other than the purchase of merchandise from Sharka Computers.
